Report a Lost Card

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen debit or credit card, please contact the bank immediately by calling 360.528.4111. We will cancel your card and issue you a new card. We will also review your account to confirm recent card purchases and check for unauthorized transactions.

If you have set up any pre-authorized payments which are initiated through your debit or credit card, you must notify the merchant directly to cancel your payments. Once you have received your new card, you must then contact the merchant to re-establish any pre-authorized payments with your new card number.
